Return Policy

All items are handmade and customized with each purchase, therefore there will be minor variances and items can not be returned.

We believe BVB has extraordinarily high standards and we always strive for the highest quality for our customers.  However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us via Facebook messenger or email within 48 hours of delivery to discuss the issues. 

It is recommended to not leave children unattended especially if they tend to fuss with accessories or to sleep with accessories as small pieces could be a choking hazard.
