DESCRIPTION: Our Customer favorite Chiffons are back and blinged out!  A luxurious lightweight Black Chiffon, with Rhinestones and Diamonds, in various sizes, in the most amazing bold colors- Raspberry, Yellow, Tangerine, Lime Green, and aqua.

Your choice of hardware- double prong, alligator with teeth clip, nylon headband(nude or black), nylon tail holder(nude, espresso or black), French barette.
